Rain kept the crowds at home, but a small and enthusiastic gathering enjoyed Open Farm Sunday at Bradley Burn.
Thanks go to John Emerson for laying on a sheep dog demonstration. One young visitor tried his hand with the sheepdogs. "He's a natural!" said John.
Chris Stephenson led a select group for a guided walk round the farm trail, and was pleased by the number of interesting questions from younger visitors.

The Bradley Burn is a tributary of the River Wear. Rising on the moors above Wolsingham, the stream flows down through the farm to meet the river in lower Weardale.
